MORTGAGE AND OTHER LOANS
If you have contracted a mortgage with us in the minimum amount of CZK 5 million, you automatically meet one of the conditions for free Premium.
If you have contracted it in a lower amount, your other loans with us will count towards the 5-million limit. In all cases, it is the approved value of the mortgage/loan in the contract that matters, not the actual amount outstanding.

- The limit also includes leasing, business loans, as well as any consumer or building savings loan (except for overdrafts and outstanding credit cards)
