| Buying goods or services on the Internet | In the case of a wrong delivery or non-delivery of goods or services purchased on the Internet, we will conduct a complaint procedure to ensure proper delivery of the goods. In the case of unsuccessful settlement of the complaint, we will pay you the incurred damage. |
| Payment card misuse | In the case of payment card misuse, we will help you get back the stolen sum of money or we will provide you with financial compensation for the incurred damage. |
